the location was convenient with dining and shopping nearby. public transit was close, and i liked being near the holland tunnel. the staff was helpful, and i found the club lounge a must.
The carpet needed a cleaning. i have a dust allergy, and the room felt humid. Regular carpet cleaning would help.

the staff was friendly and super helpful I also found the location very convenient with many good dining options nearby the room was very clean and quiet , made for a relaxing stay I appreciated the attention to detail.
the water got very hot very quickly it was easy to burn my hands while washing them also the bathroom fan and lights operated on a motion sensor this caused the lights to go off if I remained still for a few seconds

i found numerous restaurants within walking distance from the hotel this made it easy to explore various culinary options nearby breakfast included bacon, eggs, croissants and muffins, although this buffet had room for improvement.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the king size bed was very comfortable also the air conditioning unit worked efficiently to maintain a pleasant temperature ensuring restful sleep .
